BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Minutes
of a Special Meeting
of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cayuga
Heights
held May 31, 1994 at
4:30 PM in the Village Hall.
PRESENT:
Mayor Anderson, Trustees Bisogni, Collyer, Kira, Pimentel; Treasurer
Silber;
Supt. of P.W. Cross;
Police Chief Wall; Fire Supt. Leonhardt.
ABSENT: Trustee Fleming.
Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order stating its purpose was to pay year-
end bills.
Motion by Trustee Pimentel, seconded by Trustee Kira:
VOTED to approve the Abstract of Warrants with an addition to Sprague Insurance
A3120.43 - Police Liability Ins. in the amount -of $5,804 in the following amounts:
General Fund - $17,929.21; Sewer Fund - $17,358.56. Trustees Bisogni, Collyer,
Kira, Pimentel voted YES.
Motion by Trustee Collyer, seconded by Trustee Kira:
RESOLUTION 4586 - APPROVE TRANSFER TO F.D. RESERVE
VOTED to approve the transfer of $775.00 from the Fire Department Supplies Acct.
($420) and Rescue Squad Supplies Acct. ($355) to Fire Department Reserve Fund
Trustees Bisogni, Collyer, Kira, Pimentel voted YES.
Trustee Collyer moved to adjourn seconded by Trustee Pimentel.
Meeting adjourned at 5:05 PM�
