BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Minutes of a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Cayuga Heights held July 27, 1993 at 4:30 PM in the Village Hall.
PRESENT: Mayor Anderson; Trustees Collyer, Kira, Perry; Attorney Geldenhuys;
Supt. of P.W. Rogers; Fire Supt. Leonhardt.
ABSENT: Trustees Fleming, Janis, Pimentel.
Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order stating its purpose was to discuss the
Kendal project.
The following concerns were discussed and will be brought to Kendal's attention:
1) the need for a secondary access other than N. Triphammer = preferably Hanshaw
Road.
2) information concerning taxable status.
3) easement along N. Triphammer - 60' strip is stated in the draft agreement -
75' would be better. Question concerning ownership and maintenance needs
clarification. Feasibility of a combined pedestrian /bike walkway.
4) bus stop location.
5) fee structure relative to attorney, traffic, numerous kinds of inspections.
Attorney Geldenhuys will draw up an escrow agreement for this purpose.
It was noted that the current deadline is August 15. The Final EIS has not yet
been prepared and the Attorney suggested asking for another extension.
