VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Cayuga Heights held April 22, 1993 at 5 PM in the Village Hall.
PRESENT: Mayor Anderson; Trustees Collyer, Janis, Perry.
ABSENT: Trustees Fleming, Kira, Pimentel.
Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order.
The first item for discussion was the nomination of officers by the Fire
Council at the Annual Meeting of the Fire Company on April 6, 1993. Mayor
Anderson explained the process for nominations and the reason for the two
vacancies listed for 3rd Assistant and 3rd Lieutenant for Department Officers.
Motion by Trustee Collyer, seconded by Trustee Janis:
RESOLUTION 4473 - APPROVE LIST OF OFFICERS ELECTED BY FIRE COMPANY
VOTED to approve the List of Officers elected by the Fire Company for one
official year and amended and approved by the Fire Council at its meeting on
April 6, 1993 with the understanding that the Village fully agrees with
abiding by the rules and regulations and qualifications for officers. Copy
will be attached to Official Minute Book. Trustees Collyer, Janis, Perry,
Mayor Anderson voted YES.
Motion by Trustee Collyer, seconded by Trustee Perry:
I RESOLUTION 4474 - SCHEDULE PUBLIC ..HEARING IN CONNECTION
WITH KENDAL PROJECT
VOTED to schedule a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 12, 1993, 7:00 PM in the
Village Hall in connection with the Preliminary Application fora Planned Unit
Development and Draft Environmental Impact Statement as submitted by Kendal
Communities Development Company. Trustees Collyer, Janis, Perry, Mayor Anderson
voted YES.
