PRESENT: Deputy Mayor Fleming; Trustees Collyer, Pimentel, Wheeler;
Attorney Oesterle; Supt. of Public Works Rogers.

ABSENT: Trustees Perry, Searle.
Deputy Mayor Fleming called the special meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.
,noting its purpose was to schedule a.public hearing to consider proposed
changes to the Sewer and Drains Ordinance. Discussion ensued concerning
amendments to••,the'.O.rdinance taegarddng ia;atimd-.•limit and rinspectios,4ee ,
-increase of sewer permits as recommended by the committee. (SeevMinutd$
Motion by Trustee Collyer, seconded by Trustee Pimentel:
RESOLUTION 4327 — PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 1992
VOTED to hold a public hearing on January 20, 1992 at 7:15 p.m. in the
Village Hall to consider the adoption of proposed Local.Law No. 1 of 1992
entitled, "Sewers and Drains" — Section 2. Regulations — 2.2 a. which
amends and supersedes Local Law No. 1 of 1987•. Trustees Collver.•Pimentel.
There was discussion concerning the bid from Athens Township Volunteer Fire
Company of $7,000 for the 1974 bucket truck.
Motion by Trustee Pimentel, seconded by Trustee Wheeler:
RESOLUTION 4328 — ACCEPT BID FROM ATHENS TOWNSHIP VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY
VOTED to accept the bid of $7,000 from the Athens Township Volunteer Fire
Company for the 1974 bucket truck. Trustees Collyer, Pimentel, Wheeler
,voted YES.
Trustee Pimentel moved and Trustee Collyer seconded 'to adjourn the meeting.
Meeting adjourned 10:40 a.m.
