Minutes of a special meeting of the Board of Trustees held January 9, 1991 at 7:00
p.m. in the Village Hall.
PRESENT: Mayor Anderson; Trustees Fleming, Pimentel, Weiss, Wheeler; Acting Attorney
Oesterle, Supt. of Public Works Rogers.
ABSENT: Trustees Camp, Searle.
OTHERS: M/M Shepherd, Tom McCarthy, Bruce Kusse, Dooley Kiefer, Kay Newman.
Mayor Anderson tolled the meeting to order, opening it to privilege of the floor.
Mr. Shepherd asked where the advertisement of the meeting had been published and
if the resolutions would be voted on that evening. The Mayor answered his questions
stating that the resolutions quite possibly would need to be rewritten by the
Attorney but hoped that the Board would come close to resolving some of the questions
of properties involved that evening. Mr. Shepherd asked what happened next and the
Mayor, referring to the Attorney's timetable, listed the points of procedure.
Trustees read the response prepared by Treasurer Silber to the audit report.
Motion by Trustee Weiss, seconded by Trustee Pimentel:
RESOLUTION 4213 - ACCEPT TREASURER'S RESPONSE TO STATE AUDIT REPORT
VOTED to accept the Treasurer's response to the "Report of Examination: Village of
Cayuga Heights" for the fiscal year ended May 31, 1989, pursuant to Subdivision 4
of Section 35 of the General Municipal Law. Unanimously passed.
Trustees Fleming, Pimentel, Weiss and Wheeler voting yes.
There was discussion concerning the work recently performed on the Village Hall by
House Medics. (Repairs, sanded floors, refinished doors, etc.)
