RESOLUTION 4282 — AUTHORIZE TREASURER TO OBTAIN BAN
VOTED to authorize Treasurer Silber to obtain a BAN in the amount of
$300,000 for payment of the new fire truck, with Tompkins County
Trust Company, at a rate not to exceed 6% and to run to December 22,
1991. Trustees Fleming, Pimentel, Searle, Wheeler voted YES.
