RE: Report of the Fire Chief for March, 1990
The Cayuga Heights Fire Department responded to 5 fire calls, 3
incident calls and 15 rescue calls during the month of March. The
situations found at these calls are as follows;
Fire Calls
3 - Alarm malfunction
1 - Hazardous condition
Incident Calls
1 - Water problem
1 - Fire in greenhouse
Rescue Calls
1 - Public assist
3 - Medical alarm
1 - Seizure
1 - Overdose
1 - Malicious alarm
1 - Trouble alarm
2 - Motor vehicle accident
5 - Cardiac problem
1 - Illness
1 - Fall
The truck committee has almost finalized the specifications for
the new truck. We hope to go out to bid very soon. As I am not
running for Chief this coming year, I would like to thank the
Village Board for all their cooperation and support during the
past year. I have enjoyed working with all of you.
