TREASURER’S REPORT: APRIL 10, 2013
1. Financial Reporting – AUD ready for submission today.
2. Bond and BAN Financing – Bond Resolution for SCLIWC's construction of a new replacement
water tank on Burdick Hill Road: requested Village financials have been provided.
3. Bond Payments – NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation debt service payments due on April
1, 2013 were met.
4. Revenues – Balances as of March 31, 2013
Deposits: $348,735.00
Expenditures: $329,646.28
Checking and Savings: $2,378,400.57
5 Budget Calendar -
Budget workshops were held on Saturday, March 23rd and Saturday, March 30th.
The public hearing to review the budget will be held on Monday, April 15th.
6 Transfers – Monthly transfers totaling $132,350.40 to Trust & Agency sufficient to cover payroll,
ADP fees, and Retiree Health Benefits.
7 Audit – Contract for annual independent audit to be distributed.
8 Abstracts – Unaudited Abstract #11 dated April 10, 2013: as distributed.
9 Approval of Abstracts – (Resolutions Required)
RESOLVED to approve Abstract #11 for FYE2013 consisting of TA vouchers 112 – 123 and
General Fund vouchers 780 – 874 in the amount of $186,827.36 and instruct the Treasurer
to make payments thereon.
