REPORT BY DEPARTMENT:
1. PUBLIC WORKS
a. Street System: The snow season has basically come to an end, and we are
preparing for spring work. We have repaired pot holes as needed.
b. Storm Water System: We have been continuously cleaning catch basins
and monitoring our creeks to keep them clear of debris...
c. Water System: We repaired 2 breaks on Sunset Dr., Hampton Rd.
d. Sewer System: We have plans on continuing flushing...
e. Buildings and Grounds: We continue to work on the Marcham hall
project.
f. Personnel: Nothing to report…
g. Safety: Nothing to Report…

Re: Monthly Report- March 2013
During the month of March we have been working on various projects to prepare for
spring cleanup, as well as completing our portion of the village hall addition.
We have been able to keep up with all the regularly scheduled maintenance, garbage,
and brush pick up.
We also had 2 watermain breaks to attend to on Dunset Dr., and hampton rd.
In addition, we have scheduled the start of the water main replacement project on
Forrest Dr. for april And will continue as the weather allows.
