The Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Cayuga Heights at their Annual
Organizational Meeting held April 6, 2009 adopted the following resolutions:
"VOTED to designate Tompkins County Trust Company as the official
depository of the Village funds for the 2010 Fiscal Year."
"VOTED that the Clerk be authorized to notify the official bank of the following
names to be honored on checks for the 2010 Fiscal Year - two signatures required.
1. Jim Gilmore, Mayor or David Donner, Deputy Mayor.
2. Jeffrey A. Silber, Treasurer or Ron Bors, Deputy Treasurer.
3. Norma R. Manning, Clerk."
