The Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Cayuga Heights at their Annual
Organizational Meeting held April 9, 2007 adopted the following resolutions:
"VOTED to designate Tompkins County Trust Company as the official
depository of the Village funds for the 2008 Fiscal Year."
"VOTED that the Clerk be authorized to notify the official bank of the following
names to be honored on checks for the 2008 Fiscal Year - two signatures required.
1. Walter R. Lynn, Mayor or Ann Antil, Deputy Mayor.
2. Jeffrey A. Silber, Treasurer or Frank Collyer, Deputy Treasurer.
3. Norma R. Manning, Clerk."
