A. Resolutions – Formal Recognition of Mayor and previous Trustees
B. PUBLIC HEARING – 7:00 P.M. – The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of the Site
Plan Review for construction of a proposed building to be used by Chemung Canal Trust Company at 903
Hanshaw Road.
ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
C. Appointment by Mayor of Deputy Mayor for the 2008 Official Year – David Donner
D. Appointment by Mayor with confirmation by the Board of Trustees of the following:
Current Review and Reappoint
1. Norma R. Manning Clerk for two official years. ______________________
2. Mary Jane Neff Deputy Clerk for two official years. ______________________
3. Jeffrey Silber Treasurer for two official years. ______________________
4. George Tamborelle Fire Superintendent for two official years. ______________________
5. Miller Mayer Law Firm for one official year Decision delayed until June
6. Brent Cross Building Commissioner for one official year ______________________
7 Brent Cross Engineer for one official year. ______________________
8. Brent Cross Zoning Officer until further notice. ______________________
9. Brent Cross Stormwater Management Officer for one official year ______________
10. Ron Bors Acting Treasurer for one official year. ______________________

17. Appointments for Public Safety Committee, Public Works Committee, Finance Committee, Deer
Committee and Community Relations Committee should be reviewed, discussed, reviewed, and finalized
by next Board meeting.
18. Appointments for Committees at Large – University Neighborhood Council- discussed, reviewed and
finalized by next Board meeting.
19. Reappoint Ron Anderson and appoint Mayor Jim Gilmore on the Board of Bolton Point Water
Commission.
E. Consider the following resolutions:
a. That Tompkins Trust Company, Ithaca, NY be designated the official depository for Village funds
for the 2008 Fiscal Year, with a maximum deposit of $4,000.000.
b. That the Clerk be authorized to notify Tompkins Trust Company of the following names to be
honored on checks for the 2008 Fiscal Year, with two signatures required for each check.
1. James Gilmore, III, Mayor or David Donner, Acting Mayor
2. Jeffrey Silber, Treasurer or Ron Bors, Acting Treasurer
3. Norma R. Manning, Clerk
c. That the Ithaca Journal and The Tompkins Weekly be designated the official newspapers for 2008
Official Year.
F. Regular meetings of the Village Trustees and the Village Planning Board for 2008 Official Year : (7:00 PM on
the third Monday of each month except: Annual Organizational Meeting, which is the first Monday in April AND
in months when the 3rd Monday is a holiday, the meeting will take place on the Tuesday following the Monday
holiday.
Set time for next regular meeting (May 19, 2008).
