The Village of Cayuga Heights
1. Budget Adoption
2. Local Law to Establish Sewer Rates
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Cayuga Heights at 7:00 PM, Monday, April 7 in the Village Hall, 836
Hanshaw Road, to consider the proposed budget for the fiscal year 2003-2004. Village
residents attending the hearing have the right to provide written and oral comments. A
copy of the proposed budget may be inspected by any person prior to the hearing at the
Village Office, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
Notice is further given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Cayuga Heights on Monday, April 7 at 7:15 PM to consider Local Law #1 of
2003: Establish Sewer Rates Effective 6/1/2003 at $100.00 per unit for the “inside” rate.
