The Village of Cayuga Heights
1. Budget Adoption
2. Local Law to Establish Sewer Rates
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Cayuga Heights at 7:00 PM, Thursday, April 12 in the Village Hall, 836
Hanshaw Road, to consider the proposed budget for the fiscal year 2001-2002. Villagers
attending the hearing have the right to provide written and oral comments. A copy of the
proposed budget may be inspected by any person prior to the hearing at the Village
Office, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
Notice is further given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Cayuga Heights to consider Local Law #1 of 2001: Establish Sewer Rates
Effective 6/1/2001 at $85 per unit for the “inside” rate and $127.50 for the “outside” rate.
