1. Privilege of the Floor
2. Approval of minutes of the regular meeting held March 19, 2001 as previously
furnished Trustees in copy form.
3. Report of Mayor
4. Report of Police Chief
5. Report of Fire Chief
6. Report of Supt. of P.W.
7. Report of Attorney
8. Report of Treasurer
9. Report of Clerk.
10. Appointment by Mayor of Deputy Mayor for the 2001 Official Year.

11. Appointment by Board of Trustees of the following:
a.__________________________Clerk for two official years.
b.__________________________Law Firm for one official year.
d.__________________________Building Commissioner for one official year.
e.__________________________Engineer for one official year.
f.__________________________Zoning Officer for one official year.
g.__________________________Acting Treasurer for one official year.
h__________________________Village Forester for one official year.
i.__________________________Acting Village Justice for one official year.
12. Consideration of the following resolutions:
a. That Tompkins County Trust Company, Ithaca, NY be designated the
official depository for Village funds for the 2002 Fiscal Year.
b. That the Clerk be authorized to notify TCTC of the following names to be
honored on checks for the 2002 Fiscal Year.
1. ________________Mayor or __________________Acting Mayor.
2. ________________Treasurer or________________Acting Treasurer.
3. ________________Clerk.
c. That the Ithaca Journal be designated the official newspaper for 2001-
2002.
13. Set time for regular meetings for 2001-2002 Official Year – (7:30 p.m. on the
third Monday of each Month except for Annual Organizational Meeting which is
the first Monday in April.)
14. Set time for next regular meeting (May 21, 2001 – third Monday).
15. Set Public Hearing for consideration of 2001-2002 Budget and for consideration
of Local Law #1 of 2001 to establish sewer rents.
16. Set special meeting for consideration of 2001-2002 Budget, and any other
business that might come before the Board.
