Dear Village of Cayuga Heights Board of Tr(rstees:
I am writing to diispute the late charges that have been added to my current water bill (in the amounts
of $7.79 & $2.1ti) since the prior bill was serft to me late. I received it in enclosed in a tan colored
envelope as it had to be resent to me to the correct address. This billwas paid as soon as I received
it. I have paid all of my prior bilfs on time an! could not have paid this bill any sooner (since I didn't
have it yet).
