Goals as presented in last year's Ann'pal Compensa
The Village's organizational goals fof this year are to focus on Records Management and
Human Resources Development, fo this end we will continue to improve communication,
both with the public as demonstrated by increased access to Village records and documents,
and through the development and/or improvement of regular communication ehannels
(newsletter or regular mailings, "e-neiffs", website); and within and between departments.
Striving for fiscal responsibility 4nd efficieney at every level will help us achieve
sustainable management of our bu{get and Village resources. Of eourse the eontinued
provision of optimal services to citizens of the Village of eayuga Heights remains eentral
to our mission. These goals shsuld $uide the work of all staff as well as that of elected and
appointed officials.
