1. Audit
FYE2013 Written report distributed.
2. Bond and BAN Financing
On May 22, 2014 the Water Improvement Bond Anticipation Note (BAN) of $775,000 was paid with
$75,000 from the Water Fund (F) and a BAN of $700,000.
3. Information Technology Service Contract with Sherpa, Inc.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Mayor Supron of the Village of Cayuga Heights is authorized to enter into a
contract with Sherpa Technologies for system support services for fiscal year 2015.
4. Approval of May Abstract –
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Abstract #13 for FYE2014 consisting of TA vouchers 132 - 136 in the
amount of $ 16,128.15 and General Fund vouchers 932 - xxx in the amount of $ xxxxx is approved and
the Treasurer is instructed to make payments thereon.
