T. Consideration of the foliowing resoiutions:
a. That Tompkins Trust Company, Ithaca,NY be designated the official
depository for village funds for the 2005 Fiscal Year, with a maximum
deposit of $3,000.000.
b. That the Clerk be authorized to notify Tompkins Trust Company of the
following names to be honored on checks for the 2005 Fiscal Year, with two
signatures required for each check.
