Her comments were enthusiastic when asked about Finger Lakes. They signed a contract
with Finger Lakes within the last year and have seen what she indicated to be a large
savings over the former carrier. When asked about service and turnaround time, she said
they were very efficient and responded immediately.
CSP Management –Jerry Dietz
He indicated of being a client for at least 4 years. He had had a combination of Verizon
and Time Warner Cable. He said the switch to Finger Lakes was very cost effective and
said Finger Lakes are very customer oriented. He is working with them now on
providing wireless internet to all his apartment complexes.
Ithaca College – William Weeks
Finger Lakes manages the college’s internet and long distance. He felt they ranked far
above other carriers in technology. They were prompt with reaction time to problem

Cornell University – Richard Jaenson
A satellite was setup by Finger Lakes in a building on Esty Street about 5 years ago.
Finger Lakes also provides back up for Cornell’s internet structure. Their technology
was very helpful when linking Cornell’s infrastructure to the Esty building.
