1. Financial Report –An audit of the Village financial statements for the fiscal year
ended May 31, 2011 was completed by Ciaschi, Dietershagen, Little, Mickelson
& Company, LLP during the week of October 31st 2011.
2. Abstract – The abstract for this meeting as distributed
3. Bonding – Fire Station Bond payment of $55,000 due November 15, 2011.
4. Revenues – Town of Ithaca Fire Bill for CY2012 is being prepared
5. Budget – No activity this month.
6. Transfers – No transfers this month
7. Approval of Abstracts – (Resolution Required)
RESOLVED to approve the Abstract dated November 14, 2011 in the
amount of $323,791.63 and instruct that the Treasurer make payments
thereon.
8. Approval of Bond Payment – (Resolution Required)
RESOLVED to approve Fire Station Bond payment of $55,000 to Chase
Manhattan Bank on November 15, 2011 via wire transfer.
