I Prices subject 1to change without notice.
I All product sales are F.O.B. Sherpa Technologies, Inc. Actual charges for shipping/delivery will be
added.
I Eligible returns; must be made within 10 days of receipt. Subscriptions, support contracts and
opened softwane are not returnable. All returns are at the discretion of Sherpa Technologies.
I Sherpa Technologies business hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays. Allwork is performed during business hours. Off-hours work may be performed on an as
available basis at the rate of time and a half.
I Travel is charged at a per visit per person rate.
I Sales tax is noll included; please add the appropriate sales tax where applicable.
I Terms are Net 20 from date of invoice.
I A 1.5o/o intereslt charge per month ($3 minimum) is added to past due invoices.
I A $25.00 Administration Fee will be assessed to all returned checrs.
