While it itfres!.o1 my mind, please be sure that the April 11th agenda includes the Board's considerationof the SEQR Finding-s Statement. Once Tim Miller has provided-this document,

l$tSt on this topic, the l3oerd's acceptance (by resolution) of the Findings Statement will bring theSEQR process to a close. The Village's next it6p woutO be to adopt and-proceed with the deermanagement plan itself, ats described in the original reporUSEQR materiai. Once that resolution ispassed, the Village shoukl proceed with the me-chanical steps to implement the plan: makingarrangements for the capllure, tagging and sterilization of the core population of does, hiring lhe deermanagement consultant, having the Police Dep't begin communicating with property owneis concerningculling.sites, preparation of a local law to allow disch;rge of firearms within 500' of residences with theowner/occupants' permiss;ion, e.tc.. I suggest at least th! consideration, if not the p"ii"ge, of the Board'sresolution_to adopt and, proceed with the-plan at the April 1 1th meeting, following 'acceftance of theFindings Statement. Therefore, lsuggestthatthatalso be listed on th-e Board'inprlt ittn agenda.
