Dear Tim,
I have just reviewed the final draft of the FEIS. Thanks for incorporating the requested revisions.
I note only 2 changes that did not appear in the final draft, both on the
same page. Please make the following two changes and deliver (via email?)
a replacement page for the Village's hard-copy and the copy to be sent to NYSDEC. The 2 changes are on page
2-76:

In response 60-1, please replace the language at the end of the sentence, "make it to a local street," with the
language, "move beyond the culling site."
In response 60-2, please replace the word "do" with the words, "prepare and vote on".

Hi Randy:
OK...Everything seems to be in order.
One hard copy is being sent to Kate for Monday delivery. You have the Notice of Completion for the Board to
adopt.
I will send a hard copy to the DEC on Tuesday, once the Board takes action.
Please alert me to that as soon as it happens. I will also send the necessary notice to the Environmental Notice
Bulletin and post the FEIS to my website. I will send a link to the Village so everyone can easily access it.
