DRAFT MINUTES PENDING BOARD APPROVAL
Present: Mayor Supron, Trustees: Crooker, Riesman, Szekely, Deputy Clerk Podufalski
Absent: Trustees Hamilton, Andolina, Karns Guest: A. Baker, M. Mindlin
Mayor Supron called the meeting to order at 9:05AM
Motion: Trustee Szekely, with sincere regret
Second: Trustee Crooker
Resolution #6986 to accept the resignation of Peter McClelland as a member of the Zoning Board of
Appeals.
Discussion: none
All approve – no nays – no abstains – Motion carried
Motion: Trustee Riesman
Second: Trustee Crooker
Resolution #6987 the Board approved the appointment of Alison Shull as a full member of the Zoning
Board of Appeals to finish the vacant seat term ending 4/2012.
Discussion: none
All approve – no nays – no abstains – Motion carried

Second: Trustee Szekely
Resolution #6988 the Board approved the appointment of Rosemary Parker as the new Zoning Board of
Appeals Alternate.

Resolution #6989 the Board approved the re-appointment of Bob Powers as a member of the Zoning
Board of Appeals.
