REPORT BY DEPARTMENT:
1. PUBLIC WORKS
Street System: We have been cutting brush around street signs and for
road clearance. We also cleaned ditches around the Village.
We are starating Phase 2 on replacing old signs and posts around the
Village.
a. Storm Water System: We put in storm drainage pipe at 103 and 107
Hanshaw Road. We also put in culvert pipe across Randolph Rd. and East
Upland Rd., with new catch basins.
We also had Drain Brain come in and clean all the big catch basins which
were plugged up.
b. Water System: We cleared brush from around the water pits for Bolton
Point. And we are preparing to repair several water valves.
c. Sewer System: We plan on flushing a lot more sewer lines around the
trouble spots in the Village.
d. Solid Waste: Brush is still very heavy.
e. Equipment: DPW Fuel Consumption for the month: Gas =
Diesel = 668.46
f. Buildings and Grounds: Brush and dirt debris is still a problem on
how/where to get rid of it.
g. Personnel: We finally have a full crew!
