FOR APPROVAL OF LOCAL TOURIST-ORIENTED DIRECTIONAL
SIGN ADOPTED ON APRIL 25.2OII

WHEREAS:
This matter involves consideration of the following proposed action:
Approval of The Heights Cafe & Grill local tourist-oriented directional sign to
be located on North Triphammer Road, such approval being required pursuant
to the Local Law 5 of 2011; and
The Village of Cayuga Heights Planning Board, in accordance with Article 8
of the New York State Environmental Conservation Law - the State
Environmental Quality Review Act ("SEQR), and 6 NYCRR Section 677.5,
hereby determines that the approval of the proposed local tourist-oriented
directional sign is a Type II action, and thus may be processed without further
regard to SEQR; and
On April 25,2011, in accordance with Local Law 5 of 2011, the Village of
Cayuga Heights Planning Board, in the course of its deliberations with respect
to the proposed action, reviewed and took into consideration all of the
requirements for the propose,d local tourist-oriented directional sign provided
for in Local Law 5 of 201 1:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FI.ESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

The Village of Cayuga Hei6;hts Planning Board hereby finds (subject to the
conditions and requirements, if any, set forth below) that the proposed action
meets all of the requirenrents for the proposed local tourist-oriented
directional sign provided for in Local Law 5 of 2011; and
It is hereby determined by the Village of Cayuga Heights Planning Board that
approval of The Heights Caf'e & Grill local tourist-oriented directional sign to
be located on North Triphammer Road is GRANTED, subject to the
following conditions and requirements :

OPTION 2
1. The Village of Cayuga Heights Planning Board hereby finds that the proposed
action does not meet all of the requirements for the proposed local tourist-
oriented directional sign provided for in Local Law 5 of 201 I ; and
2. It is hereby determined by the Village of Cayuga Heights Planning Board that
approval of The Heights Cafe & Grill local tourist-oriented directional sign to
be located on North Triphammer Road is DENIED.
