Present: Planning Board Members Chair M. Harms, G. Gillespie, S. Cunningham, F. Cowett, and H.
Richardson, Alternate D. Hay, Deputy Clerk A. Podufalski, and Consultant G. Frantz
Item 1 – Meeting called to order
Chair M. Harms opened the meeting at 7:05 pm.
Item 2- Approval of March 26, 2012 minutes
Motion: H. Richardson
Second: S. Cunningham
RESOLUTION No. 89
APPROVING MINUTES OF MARCH 23, 2012
RESOLVE, that the written, reviewed and revised minutes of the March 26, 2012 meeting are hereby
approved.
Aye votes – All in favor
Opposed- None
Item 3- Public Comment
No members of the public in attendance.
Item 4- Comprehensive Plan
Ø Consultant G. Frantz reviewed Map 1.2 Ecological Resources, Map 1.5 Existing Zoning, and
Map 3.1 Future Land Use. He also discussed multiple housing prospects.
Ø The Board discussed recent edits made to the plan
Ø The Implementation Section was reviewed.
Ø The Board discussed final editing responsibility
Ø A future schedule was also discussed
Item 5- Adjourn
Chair M. Harms adjourned the meeting at 10:20pm.
