Present: Members Chair M. Harms, G. Gillespie, S. Cunningham, F. Cowett, and H. Richardson,
Alternate D. Hay, Trustee B. Szekely, Deputy Clerk A. Podufalski, and G. Frantz
Item 1 – Meeting called to order
Called to order by Chair M. Harms at 7:08 pm.

RESOLUTION No. 87
APPROVING MINUTES OF JANUARY 23, 2012
RESOLVE, that the written, reviewed and revised minutes of the January 23, 2012 meeting are hereby
approved.
Aye votes – All in favor
Opposed- None
Item 3- Public Comment
No members of the public present for comment.
Item 4- Comprehensive Plan
· The Board reviewed the revised draft sequence/schedule.
· Trustee Szekely discussed suggested changes made by herself and Trustee Riesman. Trustee Szekely
will share their suggestions with Mayor Supron and gather her input.
· The Board discussed revisions to the original draft Implementation Matrix presented by H.
Richardson.
· Plans for the March 12 BOT meeting and proposed March 26 Joint Boards/TC Planning meeting
were discussed.
Item 5- New business
The Board discussed requesting the Board of Trustees to allow the Planning Board to subscribe to the
Planning Commissioners Journal. The Planning Commissioners Journal is an online resource that could
benefit both the Zoning and Planning Boards. The cost would be $75.
