APPROVING MINUTES OF DECEMBER 21, 2011
RESOLVE, that the written, reviewed and revised minutes of the December 21 2011 meeting are hereby
approved.

Item 4-
Comprehensive Plan
The Board reviewed revisions to the Goals & Objectives, Recommendations and Implementation sections of
the Comprehensive Plan. The Board will continue to work on the draft at its next regularly scheduled
meeting on January 23rd.
