APPROVING MINUTES OF JANUARY 11, 2012
RESOLVE, that the written, reviewed and revised minutes of the January 11, 2012 meeting are hereby
approved.

Public Comment
No members of the public present for comment.
Item 4-
Comprehensive Plan
The Board reviewed the draft Implementation timeline, Implementation addendum section, and completion
schedule of the Comprehensive Plan.
The Board is requesting to be placed on the agenda of the February 2012 Board of Trustees meeting to
discuss the Comprehensive Plan. Deputy Clerk A. Podufalski will ask Clerk M. Mills to add the discussion to
the agenda.
