NOTICE is hereby given that on December 22, 2014 the Village of Cayuga Heights Planning
Board will conduct a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY to seek
comments on the following project(s):
7:10 pm: Request by Colin Smith (agent) of 435 Wyckoff Ave, to allow construction of a new
front porch, which is subject to Site Plan Review since it is located within the Multiple Housing
Zoning District.
