NOTICE is hereby given that on Sept 22, 2014 the Village of Cayuga Heights Planning Board
will conduct a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, to seek comments on the
following site plan review application for purposes of SEQR acceptance and Final Approval:
7:10 pm: Request by Ralph Varn, agent of 509 Wyckoff Road, to allow construction of a 3 story
addition within the Multiple Housing District which requires Site Plan Review.
