CHA gave me a vary rough estimate of installing sewer infrastructure on Cosmos
Hill Rd, Blue Creek Rd, Alexandria and tying into existing sewer on Meadow Ln.
this is a VERY ROUGH ESTIMATE
Assuming 25 manholes and 8,800 linear feet of 8" gravity main (knowing nothing about
depths) including restoration you're looking at order of magnitude of — $2M.
The Town Board should vote on having CHA Continue on with the design work for this
project. This will be a separate fee and Laura will have that figure for me by mid may.
