Re: Approval of Request for Release of Funds
NYS CDBG Project # 287HR317-21
The Town of Cortlandville’s Request for Release of Funds and Certification has been approved as of May
18, 2022. This approval authorizes the Town of Cortlandville to request disbursements of its New York
State Community Block Grant (CDBG) in accordance with the program schedule on file with the Office of
Community Renewal (OCR).
Please refer to the OCR Grant Administration Manual for the forms required to request a
disbursement of funds which may be downloaded from the OCR website, under Forms and
Documents.
