Thank you for your recent submittal pursuant to §3.A of the New York State DPS's Uniform
Business Practices for Distributed Energy Resource Suppliers (UBP-DERS), which was adopted by the
Commission in case 15-M-0180. This letter is to inform you that the documentation submitted has been
reviewed by DPS Staff and determined to be in compliance with the UBP-DERS.
Be advised that to maintain your DERS eligibility, and per the UBP-DERS, you must notify Staff
of any contact changes, material legal, financial or business -related changes to your company as they
occur. If your business plan changes or you decide to expand your service offerings, you must

previous calendar year including aggregate number of customers served, summary of services provided,
information on the number and classification of complaints received, and any changes to your registration
information. You are also required to update all of the information submitted in your original registration
package to the Department every three years, starting from the filing date of the complete registration
package, which was June 10'n, 2020.
Finally, note that if you are using third -party vendors to provide DER related services (e.g., EDI,

have not already done so, or if you have changed vendors since last reporting them to us, please provide
Staff a list with contact information for all vendors that you are now using.
