SUBJECT: UPCOMING CONSERVATION BOARD MEETING — January 8, 2015
This is to confirm that the next meeting of the Conservation Board (CB) is Thursday,
January 8th at 5:30 p.m. The agenda for this meeting is enclosed (see the back of this
memo). The draft minutes from the December 4, 2014 meeting are attached. The
November 6, 2014 meetings were not available for the mail out, but I will email them to
everyone if they are ready before the meeting.
At this meeting we will take some time to discuss the work priorities and various
committee assignments for 2015. Included in the materials is the draft "Conservation
Board 2015 Work Goals" which the CB will need to review and discuss what changes
are necessary for 2015. 1 have also attached the draft "Conservation Board
Committees 2015" list, which I have started to update. Please review this list and be
thinking what other changes you would like to see for 2015.
We will also continue to discuss the pest management policy research from other
communities and see if there are any updates regarding deer management in the Town
and County.
I believe that Carrie has signed up to take minutes at the January meeting. I will bring
the sign-up sheet for the 2015 minutes for those that have not signed up yet.
