**NOTE: Blank certification forms will be available at the meeting for any members who have
completed the sexual harassment prevention training required by NYS (either the County’s
version or one through another organization such as an employer) but have not yet submitted
their certification forms and would like to hand them in at the meeting. Please make sure
certifications are returned to the Department no later than 9 AM on Monday, September 9.
