Nelson Road Building Proposal 6.-1-18.27
My goal is to build a 1300 square foot home as my primary residence with 3 bedrooms and 2 full
baths including a finished basement with 2 egress windows. The structure will be an estimated
15 ft by 30 ft timber built structure with a porch. I would also like to build an accessory
apartment over a 1 car garage and storage space area, which will be fire rated. The accessory
apartment will look similar to the main house but will only consist of 866 square feet, 2
bedrooms and 1 full bath. These will share a driveway, septic, well, and utilities. They will be
placed approximately 80-100 feet apart.
