The purpose of this letter is to document that the Town of Cortlandville has considered the FY2021
CDBG housing rehabilitation program underthe State Environmental Quality Review Act. After
reviewing the program scope of work, the Town has determined that the housing rehabilitation
program is a TYPE l l action. See 6 NYCRR 617.5(c) (1) "Maintenance or repair involving no
substantial changes in an existing structure or facility:' Because the program is a Type 11 action, no
formal documentation or review is required pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review
