Minor Subdivision: 4190 Dubois Rd, Tax Parcel # 27.-3-12. The applicant, John Radenberg, proposes to
split the existing 20.38-acre parcel into two parcels: Parcel A – 15.07 acres, and Parcel B – 5.31 acres.
The property is within the Agricultural Rural (AR) Zone. This is an Unlisted Action under SEQR.
Board members voted unanimously to approve the subdivision.
Minor Subdivison: 1312 Perry City Road, Tax Parcel # 27.-4-15.2 Applicant Anne Filly proposes to split
the northern 3.40-acre portion, containing an existing house, into a separate legal lot. The property is
within the Agricultural Rural (AR) Zone. This is an Unlisted Action under SEQR.
Board members voted unanimously to approved subdivision.
Minor Subdivision: 3250 Mekeel Rd., Tax Parcel # 24.-2-5.2. Applicant Adam Brown, agent representing
Crown Atlantic Company, proposes to split the existing 51.79-acre lot into two lots, Parcel 1 – 11.68
acres, and Parcel 2 – 37.05 acres in size. The property is within the Agricultural Rural (AR) Zone. This is
an Unlisted Action under SEQR.
Request for subdivision approved unanimously.
