Said last Will and Testament and decree admitting said Will to probate are recorded in the office of said Surrogate in Liber SS of Wills, page 449. CLERK Cornell University INDENTURE, Made this 9th day of January between Cornell University; to : party of the first part, and the Town of Ithaca, party of the second Town of Ithaca. part. - - - - - - - - - - -X WHEREAS: The said party of the first part is seized in fee simple of certain lands across which runs a road known as Judd Falls Road as indicated on a map entitled "Survey of Right of Way for Judd Falls Road" prepared by yu. J. Miller, who being by me duly sworn, did depose and say that they reside in the County of Tompkins and State of New York, and the said George F. Rogalsky states that he is the Treasurer of Cornell University, the corporation described in and which executed the above instrument as one of the parties thereto, that he knows the seal of the said corporation, that the seal affixed to said instrument is such corporate seal, that it was so affixed by authority granted him by the Board of Trustees of said corporation, that he signed his name thereto pursuant to (such authority. The said Erie J. Miller states that he is the duly elected supervisor of the Town of Ithaca, and by virtue of such office, he is the Chairman of the Town Board of said Town of Ithaca and that he executed the said instrument on behalf of the Town of Ithaca by order of the Town Board as contained in a resolution duly adopted by said Board at a regular meeting thereof. i L.
