Crumb August 29, 1942:- Beginning at the intersection of the eienter line of Coddington Road with the northerly � right of way line of the first track of the D.L. & W. The purpose of this deed is to provide an easier and more adequate access from Coddington Road to the plant of the party of the first-part by means of a public highway to be constructed from the premises hereby conveyed to the Town.
