Barrus and H.H. Whetzel on the west and B.E. San- ford and others on the east, and extending to the north of the north end of said road into the e st property of R.H. Wheeler, there turning northeasterly and easterly, and running ear the north boundaries of the Wheeler and Masterman properties to the Judd Falls Road; and also the right to lay, °raintain, operate, and remove service connections from such water mains to the properties of any or all of the parties of the first part, and a service connection across the property of R.H. Jordan, one of the parties of the first part, to the property of A.M. Goodman; all as shown on a map entitled "Town of Ithaca, N.Y.
