APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CHAIR Commissioner Thompson made a motion to appoint Commissioner Abrams as Acting Chair of the meeting. Seconded by Commissioner Abrams. Motion carried 2-0. EXECUTIVE SESSION Commissioner Abrams made a motion to go into executive session to discuss a personnel matter involving an employee medical issue. Seconded by Commissioner Thompson. Motion carried 2-0. During executive session, the Commission took the following action: Appointment of Section 72 Medical Officer Commissioner Thompson made a motion to appoint Dr. R.P. Singh as the medical officer for an independent medical examination to be conducted pursuant to Section 72 of NYS Civil Service Law. Seconded by Commissioner Abrams. Motion carried 2-0. With no further business, Commissioner Abrams made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:08 am.
