A local attorney specializing in employment law takes referrals from the TCWRC; Chemung Neighborhood legal services, the Latino Civic Assoc. The TCWRC sees itself as a community justice group. =20 The role of the R.H.A.C. is to be a location for information for tenants problems or questions. The center would refer them to applicable groups like the Workers Rights Center. The next meeting of the R.H.A.C. is scheduled for July 27 in the third floor conference room of City Hall from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. Respectfully submitted, Chris Christopher J.
