and of other good and valuable consideration, the undersigned, be.'
Ing the owners of premises fronting either on the private street
known. as Campbell Avenue, in the Town of Ithaca,' or on the private
street known as Hopkins Place in said Town, hereby Jointly and
severally covenant and agree that when, as and if the Town of Ithaca
is ready to accept title either to said Campbell Avenue or to Hopkins
Place, or both for
purposes of a municipal street, then the said
undersigned will execute a deed to the said Town of Ithaca, by which

they will convey to said Town all their right, title and interest in
and to said stredts for the purpose of establishing said streets as
municipal streets to the width of 50 feet.
The said deed will be executed upon presentation to the
ovmers of the said premises and the said owners will not be liable for
th'_ cost of preparin- said deed.
