Daley and Erma D. Daley by Helen Tourtellot Green, et al,, by deed dated June 12th,. 1928, and recorded in the Tompkins Oouhty-Clerk's oft ice in Liber 216 of Deeds.at page 62. The above described premised are conveyed for ordinary highway and public utility purposes and uses. TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the parties of the first part in and to said premises, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever.
