WITNESSETH, that the parties or the first part, in consideration of One Dollar t$1.00)
lawful money of the United States, and other good and sufficient consideration paid by the
party of the second part, do hereby gzaftt and, release unto the party of the adcond part, its
successors and assigns forever,
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Town of Ithacan County of Tompkins, and
State of New York, knownas Naplegrove Road and such portion of Valley View Road as lies be-
tween the extended north line of Maplegrove Road and Coy Glen Road, in Glenside, in the Town
of Ithaca, and shown on the "Map of Glenside$ a subdivision in the Town of Ithaca" made by
Carl Crandall., C.E,, dated February 1st, 1929, and filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's office
March 16Th, 1929$ and being a portion of the premises conveyed to Sohn F. Daley and Erma D.
Daley by Helen Tourtellot Green, et al,, by deed dated June 12th,. 1928, and recorded in the
Tompkins Oouhty-Clerk's oft ice in Liber 216 of Deeds.at page 62. The above described premised
are conveyed for ordinary highway and public utility purposes and uses.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the parties of the
first part in and to said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, its
successors and assigns forever.
AND said parties of the first part covenant as follows-,
FIRST. Thtt the party of the second part shall quietly enjoy the said premises-,
SECOND. That said parties of the first part will forever WARRANT the title to said pre-
mises.
