southwesterly, measured at right angles., from Sta. 479-1-00 of the
said base line ; thence S. 67' 41' E. 65.0+ ft. thence
curving to the right with a radius of 1274,0 ft: 360#0j -ft thence
tangent to said curve S. 51� 021 E. 65.0f --ft. to a point 1.0.,0 ft.
distant southwesterly measured at right angles from f3lta. 484-H)0 of
the said base line.
ALSO ALL THOSE PIECES OR PARCELS OF LAND SITUATE 11; THE TOWN
of Danby, County of Tompkins, State of New York for the Danby-Tioga
County Line State Highway, as shown on the accompanying map z.nd

Parcel 2 A. Beginning on a point on the northerly boundary of
the existing Danby-Tioga County Line Highway, said point being 07.Oft.
distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Sta. 485+4-5 of the
survey base line of the proposed Danby-Tioga County Line State Highway
Route No. 136, and 16.0 ft- distant northeasterly., me-asured at right
angles,, from the hereinafter described of the said proposed State
Highway ; thence S. 560 45' E. 22640 ft. to a point on the northerly
boundary of the said existing highway., the last mentioned point being
34,0 ft* distant northeasterly, measured at right angles from Stae
487-f-70 of the said base line, and 25*0 ft. distant northeasterlyp
measured radially from the said center line thence westerly and
-northwesterly along the northerly boundary of the said existing high-
way 225.0r ft. to the point of beginning, being 0,06 acres, inore or
less.
Parcel I B. Beginning at a point on the southerly boundary of
the existing Danby-Tioga County Line Highway., said point being 25,0
ft. distant southwesterly, measured at right angles from Sta. 4,87400
of the survey base line, of the proposed Danby-Tioga County Line
Highway, said point being 25o0 ft. distant southwesterly, measured
rad-Lelly, from the hereinafter described center line of the proposed
State Highway ; thence S. 54° 001 E. 42#0 ft. to a point 22,0 ft.
distant southwesterly, measured at right angles, from Sta. 4874 42 of
the said base line ; thence S. 62. 201 E. 442.0 ft. to a point on the
southerly 'Dourdary of the said existing highway, the last mentioned
point being 35#0 ft. distant southwesterly, measured at right szngles,
from Sta. 492--14 of the said base lire and 16,0 ft, distant southwester•
ly, measured radially from the said center line ; thence northwesterly
and westerly along the southerly boundary of the said existing highway
50040 ft. to the point of beginning, being 0.33 acres, more or less.
The above mentioned center line is a portior, of the center line
of the said proposed Danby-Tioga County Line State Highway Route No. 36
as shown on a map on file in the office of the Clerk of Tompkins, and
is described as follows : Beginning at a point 09*0 ft. distant
southwesterly, measured at right angles.. from Sta. 485 00 of the said
base line - thence S. 51! 041 E. 80.0 ft. y thence curving to the
left with a radius of 955.0 ft. 240.0 - ft. thence tangent to said
curve 113, 6e 521 Eo 175.f3 ft. thence curving to the right with a
radius of 1.146*0 ft. 314* ft. thence tangent to said curve S. 48
471 E. 17.0+ -ft. to a poitn� 15.0 ft. distant southwesterly., weasured
at right angles, from Sta. 493+00 of the said base line.
