County of Tompkins , and State of New York, as shown On the accompanying
map attached: hereto and described as follows;- Beginning at a point
on the easterly boundary of the existing Trumansburg-Ithaca highway,
said point being 50 feet distant easterly, measured at right angles,
from station 40 22 of the survey base line for the reconstruction of
the Trumansburg-Ithaca, County Highway No,, 616, Tompkins County,
thence southerly 180 feet to a point 65 feet distant easterly, meas-
ured at right angles from station D42 00 of said base line, thence
southerly 498 feet to a point at the intersection of the northeaster-
ly boundary of said existing highway and the division line between
the lands of Leland VI. Terry on the north and the lands of 0. A. Pear-
sall (reputed owner) on the south, the last mentioned point being 31
feet distant easterly, measured at right angles, from stAtion 47 96
of the said base line, thence north, northwesterly and northeasterly
754 feet to the point of beginning, being 1.21 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey base line is a portion of the survey base
line for the reconstruction of the Trumansburg-Ithaca County Highway,
No. 616, Tompkins County, as shown on a map on file in the office of
the Clerk of Tompkins County.
